Today I'm going to share a really easy recipe with you. It's originally supposed to be a bundt cake but I made cupcakes. You don't need any fancy products and it's really simple to make. If you have two muffin forms, it will take you about 40 minutes to make and bake, plus cleaning up! 

So here it is:

Mix the products in a bowl in this order. I used apricot jam but you can use any kind you like. In the end, you should have 22-24 cupcakes.

This is how your mixture should look like.
I preheated the oven to 180 degrees [C] before I started making the cupcakes. Bake for about 15 minutes.
When your cupcakes are ready, you can "decorate" with cinnamon and powdered sugar.
